- Mould release ideal for use in forming die of tube-shaped, mouth-shaped, graphite and metal, thermocouple protection tube and metal ingot stripping etc.
- Being used for surface lifting and surface lubrication.
Introduction:
The Boron nitride mould release agents, which can be considered as a special release agents for moulds, characterize properties of effective mold stripping for metals such as Aluminum (Al), Magnesium (Mg), Zinc (Zn), Lead (Pb) and their alloys, due to plenty of Boron nitride added. Therefore, this product has been widely used as a kind of high-temperature release agent and lubricant in the foundry of spoon, groove, distributing trough and so on. This release agent protects casting goods from the corrosion of melting metals of having lower chemical stability.
Note:
In case of frosting it should be kept at a temperature of above 5℃.

This product is water soluble and do not contain any dangerous elements.
