Product Description

Graphite plates with ceramic coating for sintering hard alloys:
This product aims to solve problem such as plates sticking together, cementation, decarburization and distortion occurred while sintering hard alloys. In addition to reducing wear and tear of graphite plates, this product surely improves the quality of hard alloy and decreases the pollution against the heat zone of furnaces. Furthermore, the coating process can repeat itself over again when coating is peeled off. To sum up, the most important thing is that the graphite plates with ceramic coating prevent the vacuum system of furnaces from pollution!

Graphite plates with ceramic coating for stainless steels powder metallurgy:
This product is about to be coated with composite ceramic powder on the surface of graphite plates. All the coatings commonly are used to prevent the chemical reaction between carbon and chromium. Therefore, the problem that carbon content is not allowed to exist for stainless steels powder metallurgy is resolved successfully. This product offers advantages of light weight, high thermal conductivity, high strength at high-temperature, and good thermal shock resistance. As graphite plates have high thermal conductivity, the distortion for sintering parts is at its minimum, so that this product enables its end users to gain higher pass rate and lower overall production cost. Also, its effectiveness far surpasses that of common used heat-resisting steel plates.

Graphite rotors with ceramic coating for refined aluminum & Graphite crucibles with ceramic coating for aluminum metallization:
This product takes advantage of ceramic coating to protect graphite rotor and crucible. It makes the rotor and crucible effectively decrease the speed of oxidation and greatly increase their service life.
